All orders placed are confirmed by fax and must be signed and faxed back to Walker & Co. Once an order is signed and faxed back it cannot be cancelled. Prices are quoted F.O.B. Dallas warehouse. We do not crate merchandise; therefore we only use a "blanket wrap" shipper. We are happy to refer you to a shipper or delivery company that we frequently use and have been happy with and prepare your order for shipment. |
 We guarantee our product to be free from structural defects. We are not, however, responsible for freight damages resulting from shipment within the U.S. All goods are sold F.O.B. our warehouse. All items are inspected by Walker & Co. and the shipping agents before shipping. Merchandise should be inspected as soon as it is received and all claims reported directly to the shipping company. We do not offer terms in order to give our customers the best pricing. We do accept major credit cards. Orders must be prepaid or arranged to be paid C.O.D.
